I've been in Singapore real estate since 2013 — but before that, I flew in the back seat of an F-16D+ as a Weapons System Operator for the Republic of Singapore Air Force. Then I became a mortgage banker at a top local bank before moving into property full time. That background matters. The discipline, precision, and high-stakes decision-making I developed flying — and the financial fluency from banking — are exactly what my clients get when they work with me on their landed transaction.

Over 13 years, I've transacted every category of landed property in Singapore — Good Class Bungalows, Detached, Semi-Detached, Corner Terraces, Inter-Terraces, and Cluster units. I've earned the Top Landed Transactor award at PropNex, Singapore's largest real estate agency, and I hold 20+ years of transaction data across every district. I don't dabble in landed. It's all I do. And I do it at a level most agents simply can't match.

Today, I lead the Gavan Lee Division (GLD) — an 11-agent specialist team under Eminence Landed at PropNex — and serve as a Director on the Eminence Landed Team alongside Team Principal Ray Teo. But behind all of that: I'm a family man. I got into this industry to build something meaningful, not just to close deals. My philosophy has always been — chase the purpose, the money will follow.
